1. Our Commitment

Taxi Service Agioi Theodoroi is committed to ensuring its website is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We continuously strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

2. Technical Specifications

  • Semantic HTML5 for correct reading by screen readers.
  • Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Enter, Arrow keys).
  • Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Alternative text (alt text) on all images.
  • Forms with accessible labels and error messages.
  • Responsive design for all devices.
  • Support for increased text size up to 200% without loss of content.

3. Known Limitations

The embedded Google Maps view may present limited accessibility for screen reader users, as it is controlled by Google and not by us. As an alternative, the taxi stand address is provided as text on the page.

4. Supported Browsers and Assistive Technologies

  • Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest two versions).
  • NVDA and JAWS screen readers on Windows.
  • VoiceOver on macOS and iOS.
  • TalkBack on Android.

5. Legal Framework

This website aims to comply with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, as transposed into Greek law, as well as Law 4591/2019.
