1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website or services of Taxi Service Agioi Theodoroi, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

• Taxi service within and outside Agioi Theodoroi, Corinthia.
• Transfers to/from Athens International Airport 'Eleftherios Venizelos'.
• Passenger transportation for day trips to attractions in Attica and the Peloponnese, at the customer's request.

3. Not a Travel Agency — Disclaimer of Tour Operator Liability

This service is exclusively a passenger transportation service. It is not a travel agency or tour operator, holds no such licence, and does not organise, book, or manage excursions, hotel stays, tickets, or any other tourist service. The customer bears sole responsibility for planning and arranging all activities, visits, and bookings related to their trip. This service provides transportation only, to and from destinations chosen by the customer.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are made by phone or email. Cancellations up to 2 hours before the scheduled transfer incur no charge. Cancellations with less notice or no-shows may be charged.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted at the time of booking and are binding. Payment is made in cash or by card at the end of each transfer, unless otherwise agreed. The company reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in fuel costs or tolls.

6. Passenger Obligations

• Passengers must wear a seatbelt throughout the journey.
• Smoking and consumption of food or drink without the driver's permission are prohibited.
• Animals are permitted only in a suitable carrier/cage and with prior notice.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to the responsible party.

7. Liability

The company is liable for damages arising from proven driver negligence. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (traffic, weather conditions, etc.), nor for the loss of items left in the vehicle if not reported within 24 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logo) is the intellectual property of the company. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Corinth.

10. Amendments

The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
